Casabella is a company headquartered in New York, USA with a mission to design stylish and functional cleaning and household products.

In 2004, Casabella appointed FSE as their agent in Asia.

Our first product developed together was a light bulb changer. After successfully completing this project together Casabella appointed FSE to manage all their sourcing and manufacturing in China. 

​

Over the course of 13 years we managed all their vendors in China and managed the order placement and production of 90% of their product line. Together we sourced and verified their vendor base from 2 to 20 vendors.

In 2016 we handled 54 new product designs, created 138 product specifications and conducted over 60 in-house product tests. We conducted over 138 pilot inspections and over 1,00 pre-shipment inspections. We Conducted factory audits at 6 factories and helped facilitate retail audits at 10 factories. Provided over 400 loading plans for shipments. These included co-loading, consolidation and FCL and consolidated over 400 containers.
