Our merchandising team works closely with engineers to ensure that the products you have designed can be manufactured to preserve both your aesthetics and ensure functionality without compromising on cost or quality of materials.
We are well versed in all types of products including; non-electrical housewares, electrical housewares, electrical components, commercial components of stainless steel and plastic. We have worked with a multitude of materials including but not limited to; PP, ABS, PC, nylon, Tritan, PET, TPE, TPR, silicone, phenolic and melamine, stainless steel, wood, bamboo, glass and ceramics.
We use 3D System software including Solidworks and ProE and Fused Deposition Manufacturing for rapid prototyping.

Our merchandising team works closely with your team throughout the product development stage. We are able to offer you suggestions and provide reports on design feasibility, the best manufacturing processes for your design whether it be plastic injection molding, extrusion/stretch blow-molding, compression molding, metal stamping, deep drawing, die-casting etc. We suggest materials suitable for your design and We have experience working with all types of surface finishing including; spray painting, powder coating, anodizing, electroplating, PVD etc.
Depending on the need of the project, we have the capability to step in anywhere in the project starting from concept all the way to shipping.

Product Testing and Safety
Product safety and quality is of the utmost importance when it comes to launching and selling a product. Our quality team works with our clients and the manufacturers to establish and audit the quality standards to ensure the expected quality is delivered. We compile and agree on a proper inspection criteria which all parties understand.
We perform pilot inspections for all newly developed products before mass production begins and our quality engineers meet with the selected manufacturer to study the manufacturing process and inspect the product. We also perform shipment inspections on all goods based on the customer's approved product specification and inspection criteria using MIL Standard 105E to ensure consistent quality.
If there is a quality problem found, we work with the factory on corrective actions against non-complaint products. We monitor the manufacturer's responses to non-compliance and implementation of agreed improvements.
We have the ability to customize our QA and QC services to match our client's level of need and report inspection findings using photos and a detailed report through our web-based OTS Reporting System.
FSE has extensive experience with major brands and retailers including Walmart, Target and Bed Bath and Beyond. We will work with our client's factory's representative to ensure questionnaires are understood and completed correctly and we screen the factories capabilities prior to the official audit. Our team works with multiple labs for safety and quality testing in a variety of product categories and will work with the lab to ensure our client's product receives the necessary safety certificates before shipment.
In 2019 our quality team handled 300 pre-shipment inspections per month, 30 pilot inspections per month. Our quality team handled around 500 new product and inspection specifications.
Handled 120 new vendor evaluations between 2010 to 2019.
SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS
Different Shipping Options
Order Tracking System
We coordinate the shipment of goods between factory and port as per your terms of sale. We can transfer information from the importer to manufacturer and can arrange for products to be consolidated from Factory A to be packed with Factory B as required.
We offer web-based Order Tracking System (OTS) to our Agency based clients.
We can act as your importer's office for direct import shipments. We can ship directly from the factory and therefore bypass other storage points. We will ensure communication is facilitated correctly and quickly to generate all required documents for direct shipments.
We handle airshipments, ground shipments and ocean freight
From 2010 to 2019 we handled over US$635 million worth of shipments.
