FSE has been the sole quality assurance agent for Jura Inc. (formerly known as Capresso Inc.) since 1996. Together with Jura Inc., we assist to create and complete Product Specifications, Inspection, Testing Protocols and conduct both pilot and shipment inspections on the customer's behalf for all the coffee and beverage related home appliances produced in Asia.  

 

Since 2008, Jura Inc. expanded the scope of FSE's services from Quality Control and Inspection to also include Product Sourcing, Development and Maintenance for those products produced in Asia. Since then, FSE's Merchandising and QA team work closely with Jura Inc.'s Project Managers and the factories. Together we have developed and launched 100 new products over the past 12 years. 

 

Since 2002, FSE has also worked on many difference Product Sourcing and Development projects for Jura's Switzerland headquarters directly. Together we have also sourced premium gifts and souvenirs including coffee canisters, barista aprons, coffee cups and saucers, drink ware, etc.

One of our most successful OEM projects we have handled is Jura and Capresso's patented design Automatic Milk Frothers and Warmers with Ceramic Non-Stick.
